Next-day delivery is available for orders approved Monday-Friday before 15:30. Orders approved after this cut-off time will be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed after the cut-off on Friday will be processed and dispatched on Monday and then delivered on Tuesday. This excludes bank holidays.

Each order is carefully packaged to protect the product as well as your privacy. Medications are dispatched in a safe box placed inside a standard courier envelope with no mention of the brand HealthExpress or the parcel’s contents.
You have the right to cancel your order up to the point when your treatment is dispatched. The pharmacist must destroy any medication, even unopened boxes, so we are not able to offer refunds once your treatment has been dispatched.
